EXERCISE 1: Traditional Vs Digital Graphics and Historical Artists - By Arvin Javier

COMPARISON OF TRADITIONAL AND DIGITAL GRAPHICS.

Art is a spectrum, and it has progressed throughout history. The instruments we use, the medium, the platform; everything is now different from back then. But both traditional and Digital graphic is still relevant in the modern era, but what is the difference between the two?

The difference between the two is traditional graphics is for printed-type-graphic, while Digital graphic is for digital screens - to further elaborate, traditional graphics are printed-layouts, namely; book covers, posters, magazine layouts, logo, and branding (Galvan, 2020). Meanwhile, digital graphics is the design made digitally (Rae et al., 2020). Examples are websites, animations, etc.
